Company Commercial/Corporate Solicitor – We have a rare opportunity for a forward thinking senior associate solicitor to join a well-regarded commercial London practice. Our clients, a successful niche Holborn firm, who have seen rapid growth over the past few years and have a unique business model have asked us to find them a further company commercial solicitor, c.3-4+ years pqe to join their highly regarded team.

You will be act and advise for a range of HNW clients on corporate, commercial and financial matters, both domestic and cross border. The caseload you will handle will include but not be limited to:

-          Joint ventures
-          Mergers & acquisitions
-          Disposals
-          Shareholder agreements
-          E-commerce and IT
-          Commercial contracts
-          Establishing new business
-          Terms and conditions of sale

They are looking for a self-starter who has previous experience of managing HNW clients with a bespoke personal service, preferably from a similar status practice.
