The Role
An opportunity has arisen within a highly regarded employment department based in London. Acting for clients ranging from start-ups to household names, the successful Solicitor will manage a technically challenging caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters incorporating: local or international employee relations; data protection; acquisitions; compliance; local and cross border disputes and; outsourcing. In addition the successful Solicitor will participate in business development and marketing initiatives, helping to drive the practice and employment department forward. The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE gained within a City, national or large regional firm;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
You will be technically competent with good commercial acumen;
You will have an excellent academic record with a minimum of 2:1 gained at degree level;
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will be personable with a detail orientated approach;
You will have a flair for business development and marketing.
