Commercial Litigation Paralegal x 2
Leading US law firm, based in the heart of the City, are looking for two paralegals with experience in commercial litigation from another top firm to join their busy, high profile team. The successful paralegal will be working on a variety of commercial litigation cases and e-Discovery projects and the paralegal duties will be varied but will include:
- Analysing legal documents
- Attending meetings
- Document review
- Legal research
- Drafting letters and emails
- Preparing trial bundles
- Other ad hoc paralegal tasks
Strong academics and experience as a commercial litigation paralegal, ideally within an international environment, is absolutely essential. You also must have very good communication skills and a dynamic, proactive attitude.
