Legal 500 and regionally heavyweight are currently looking for a commercial property solicitor to join our large Commercial Real Estate team in Oxford.
The team provides advice on all areas of real estate and acts for a wide range of clients including developers, funders, Government organisations, health authorities, high value retailers and charities.
As a solicitor in this department, you can expect a mix of portfolio work and your responsibilities might include but not be limited to:-
- Purchase, sale and development of commercial property
- Investment and asset management
- Complex landlord and tenant and advice
- Secured lending work
- Acquisition disposals
