My client is a multi disciplinary engineering and property business with interests in civil and structural engineering, project management, risk management and dispute resolution.
They have an opening for a contentious lawyer to join their specialist dispute resolution team.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ PQE in contentious construction or property matters with experience in adjudication, mediation, arbitration and litigation matters. (at least one of)
This is not a traditional law practice, this is an international business therefore no two days will be the same, whilst the position will be predominantly litigation focused, there is also the chance to work on non contentious matters such as project management and development advice.
