Commercial Litigation Senior Associate 4 years+ PQE - Bham

Top-flight national firm seeks an experienced commercial litigation senior associate to join their market leading Birmingham team.

Highly rated by independent directories for the unrivalled quality of their litigation and dispute resolution offering, this close knit, partner led team handles complex commercial litigation work as well as offering expertise in arbitration, mediation, adjudication, ADR and dispute resolution. Working across a number of key sectors, the firm acts on behalf of major blue chip clients, PLCs, SMEs and owner managed businesses with UK and international interests.

The partners are now keen to appoint a senior associate with a minimum of 4 years PQE to help the team to keep pace with increasing client demand.

You'll be part of a team which handles broad ranging matters arising from all manner of commercial disputes including shareholder and partnership disputes, commercial contract disputes, warranty disputes, finance litigation and indemnity issues. You'll advise a diverse portfolio of clients as described above and you will enjoy the challenge of working on major high value disputes.
