In House Senior Lawyer – London – Part-Time / Flexible

An exceptional opportunity has arisen with a business that have operations spanning the globe. This is a newly created role with one of the biggest players in the market.

You will enjoy leading an increasingly growing and successful division and can expect to handle commercial and outsourcing transactions as well as international negotiations on a day to day basis. You will be given autonomy and responsibility to handle your own workload and steer the direction of a particular division of the business. You can also expect to handle ad hoc corporate governance, risk, compliance, employment and IP matters.

You will provide strategic advice to the stakeholders and senior members of the business. It is also envisaged that you may develop and manage your own team in the future.

Requirements

• Eligible to work the in the UK
• Would ideally suit a minimum of 6 years PQE lawyer *
• Must have previous In-House experience
• Must be strong in drafting international and high value commercial agreements
• A proven history of being a confident negotiator and having lead cross-border transactions
• International exposure or (European) languages would be beneficial but not essential
• Facilities Management sector knowledge would be desirable but not essential
