The role of Corporate / Commercial Solicitor has arisen in order to continue the development of the team. The ideal Corporate / Commercial Solicitor will have gained a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience. This will have been gained with a strong national corporate/commercial law firm where you will have had the opportunity to deal with large corporate clients. Within your experience you will have dealt with all forms of contracts including, supply, agency, distribution and outsourcing and well as dealing with large projects and corporate matters.
