Banking & Finance Solicitor

FINANCE LOCUM• LONDON • COMPETITVE HOURLY RATE

Our client, an exceptional city based firm in London with offices globally are currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Solicitor to join a busy department on an initial 3 month locum basis.

You will be covering a full caseload and whilst support is available, you must be confident handling a full caseload autonomously.

The ideal finance locum will have:

• 2-5 years PQE + • Extensive experience in finance law • Knowledge of finance law extending to rail and aviation leasing matters• Experience with handling private equity matters and investment funds• Ability to create banking, market and security documentation • Must have the means to work to your own initiative
