In-house Corporate / Commercial Lawyer - Mid-Senior level - Glo

As in-house counsel you will:

• Work on a wide range of strategic projects
• Advise the business on product terms & conditions.
• Advise on financial services regulatory matters.
• Implementing new legislation and case law.
• Setting and managing legal policy

The type of person we are looking for

• A qualified lawyer with at least 3 years PQE gained in a well-respected law firm in the UK or internationally.
• Extensive, in-depth knowledge of banking matters.
• Strong academic record.
• Ability to advise on complex international banking products.
• Prior in-house experience and / or in-house secondments are highly desirable though not essential.
• The role would suit someone with strong exposure to banking and general finance legal matters.
• Strong experience working with international clients and law firms in the corporate, commercial and banking sector would be an added bonus.
