Excellent Commercial Contracts Senior Associate role with this friendly, supportive and flexible regional West Midlands firm.

Our client has a successful partner led commercial team which advises clients on a range of general non-contentious commercial work including advising and drafting bespoke commercial contracts and commercial agreements. The team works with a range of businesses of varying sizes on challenging commercial deals.

As part of the firm's growth plans, the firm would like to appoint a senior associate with a minimum of 4 years' experience in commercial law. Working on behalf of a range of clients including SMEs, LLPs and small partnerships as well as larger family owner managed businesses, you'll handle a challenging mix of commercial work including commercial contracts, agency and distribution agreements, purchasing and supply chain agreements, procurement, IT and software agreements.

With experienced gained working in another recognised commercial team or in-house role, you will benefit from an excellent throughput of quality work in this role, as well as high levels of client contact and the chance to progress quickly in a team with no glass ceiling.
