Currently undergoing a period of expansion, they are now seeking an additional Dispute Resolution Lawyer in Kent.
The Role
We are now seeking a talented Dispute Resolution Lawyer for a highly regarded department based in the Maidstone area. Managing a full caseload of primarily commercial disputes, the successful Lawyer will deliver high quality client care and service in areas including: contractual disputes; insolvency; property; landlord and tenant both commercial and residential; partnership and shareholders and; contentious probate. In addition, the successful Lawyer will also be required to attend Court Hearings and Mediations, therefore previous experience is essential.
Keen to get involved within business development and marketing initiatives, the successful Lawyer will promote the services of the Dispute Resolution department and practice as a whole, attending networking events and building and maintaining client relationships. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE;
You will be technically competent and have solid experience in property, contentious probate, and commercial disputes;
You will have excellent client care and communication skills;
You will have your own workload and be able to work with minimal supervision;
You will be IT Literate with experience using Microsoft Office applications;
You will be pro-active, professional and detail orientated;
You will have a desire for professional development.
