A new position has arisen to work for this Abu Dhabi based investment house who is rapidly expanding its portfolio both within the Middle East and internationally. This growing company both manages a wide variety of portfolios as well as having a substantial investment itself across many sectors.
As a result of this growth, our client has a new vacancy for an in house lawyer to join the legal team in its Head Office. The role will involve working on a varied and comprehensive range of legal duties including, but limited to:
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiation legal documentation including general commercial and financial agreements
- Corporate transactional work including joint ventures
The successful candidate will have first class experience of corporate / commercial legal matters. They will have a flexible and tolerant attitude to working in a multi-cultural environment. The ability to draft in Arabic is essential. The role would be offer a superb career opportunity for a lawyer who is looking for their first in house move.
