This leading East Midlands firm seeks a solicitor to join their busy family department.
Based in Derby, this is vacancy for a solicitor with 3-4 years'+ PQE who are highly ranked for their work. The team are highly regarded in the Midlands and deal solely with privately funded matters.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Running full caseload with minimal supervision
- Conducting own advocacy to include both Children Act 1989 cases (Directions Hearings) and Financial Remedy proceedings (Directions Hearings, FDA's and FDR's)
- Using case management system
- Being actively involved in marketing and business development
