IT Lawyer

I am keen to speak with any IT lawyers who work on an Interim basis within the financial sector.

I am seeing an increase in the need for IT lawyers to work within companies offering legal support and advice on a wide range of commercial, technological and outsourcing contracts with various different suppliers.

There is a need for IT lawyers with experience in managing administration contracts such as contracts for fund administration, transfer agency and custody services. As well as advising and negotiating on technology contracts and commercial contracts. This may also include advising data protection issues that may arise from commercial contracts.

The requests also include strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Alongside this organisational skills are a must due to the wide range of work covered.
