Currently undergoing a period of expansion, they are now seeking an additional Residential Conveyancing Lawyer in Kent.
The Role
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a talented Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join a CQS accredited department in Kent. Managing a substantial caseload of transactions from instruction to post completion, the successful Residential Conveyancing Lawyer, will ensure high levels of client care and services in area including: sales and purchases; equity release; remortgages; buy-to-let and; shared equity purchases. Previous experience in Commercial Property is advantageous but not essential.
With previous business development and marketing experience, the successful Lawyer will participate in initiatives, promoting the services of the Conveyancing department and practice as a whole. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
You will be technically competent with solid Residential Conveyancing experience;
Previous experience in Commercial Property is desirable but not essential;
You will be IT Literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
You will organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will have a flair for business development and marketing.
