Immigration Solicitor, 1-3 PQE
Our client is looking to hire a solicitor to join their market leading Immigration team.
The role will involve advising multinational corporations, start-up companies, sole traders, religious organisations, charities and individuals on all aspects of immigration law. You will advise those looking to invest in the UK or set up a company, as well as existing companies and individuals with immigration issues.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' demonstrable experience in the immigration department of a reputable firm, as well as a strong academic background. They will have a demonstrable interest in immigration and a clear understanding of the wider issues impacting on the discipline. Ideally, they will also have some experience in corporate law.
