Corporate Senior Asscoiate - Beijing

Seeking for a senior level internationally qualified corporate M&A lawyer to join the Beijing office.

Requirements
- Candidates must possess 6+ years PQE
- Training at a top international or PRC law firm
- A recognised qualification (e.g. US, UK, Australian, PRC bar an advantage)
- Fluent English and Mandarin language skills (speaking, reading and writing)
- Proven drafting skills
- Strong M&A experience (both inbound and outbound); must have outbound/international execution skills

- Ability to lead and run transactions with a minimum of supervision
