Residential Conveyancing Locum – West Midlands – £25-£35ph DOE – 2 months – Start ASAP

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Locum to assist a well established Conveyancing team in the West Midlands.

Role description
The position will entail handling a full caseload of Conveyancing matters from inception to completion. The locum assistance is needed due to increase in workload. Full secretarial support will be provided. The ideal start date will be within the next week or two and the projected duration of the contract is until Christmas with strong possibility of further extension. An immediate starter can be accommodated and will be welcomed.
An hourly rate of up to £35 per hour (dependent on experience) is offered.

Candidate specification
The successful candidate will be an experienced Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Fee Earner capable of effectively managing a full caseload of Residential Property matters with minimal supervision. Experience in acting for developers will be advantageous albeit not essential.

The client's offices are ideally situated within walking distance from a train station and offer ample free parking on-site.
