I am looking to speak to banking lawyers, with a strong profile, for an interesting opportunity at a US firm. They have a very broad practice, and associates are required to turn their hand to a variety of things. They do a lot of work in Russia / CIS - to give you an example of the types of cases they are working on.

This is indicative of your wider caseload, its important you have some breadth, have been well trained and a resillient, and keen to broaden your skill set in a demanding environment.

Whilst the work is complex, the culture is softer than at some US firms, and they have a close knit team that all get on.
