In House Commercial / IT Solicitor

An experienced commercial solicitor is required to take on a key role at a North East based, medium sized technology business.

You'll need to have strong contracts experience, (ideally with some experience of IT outsourcing), excellent communications skills, and possess commercial acumen to offer sensible and pragmatic legal advice to the business. It is a predominantly non-contentious commercial contracts focused role, with considerable diversity, and a strong technology flavour. There will be exposure to the senior executive team, and you'll ideally have also have some management experience to develop the junior lawyers who will come under your responsibility.
