Duncan Lewis Solicitors are looking to expand its Family department by recruiting assistant solicitors. We are looking for solicitors with Law Society panel accreditation or eligibility to apply for panel accreditation. We are a Legal 500 & Chambers UK 2016 recognised firm, employing over 700 staff & Consultants across the UK.
The successful candidate will be joining an established Family and Children department of over 125 fee-earners firm wide. The department has recently experienced an increase in the volume of new client work.
This role will involve dealing with a broad range of Divorce & Family cases. The successful candidate will have experience in dealing with publicly funded as well as private matters.
Key Skills Required:
The successful Family Solicitor must have working knowledge of publically funded Family work and have the ability to service privately funded cases. They must also have the ability to manage and supervise trainees and caseworkers. The Family Solicitor must have extensive experience in dealing with ancillary relief work and some expertise acting for clients on international cases.
You will be a professional with a pro-active approach, have excellent client care skills and the ability to successfully market the Company and generate new business.
An excellent remuneration package is on offer. It is a requirement that candidates must have a clean, valid Practising Certificate at the time of applying.
