The Role: Private Client Solicitor
Location: Brighton
Salary: Up to £45,000

Our client, friendly leading firm based in Brighton boasts an enviable reputation for providing a high quality legal service to a well-developed client base. Due to their continued success they are looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor to become an integral part of their Brighton team on a permanent basis.

This opportunity will allow the successful Private Client Solicitor to run a full and varied caseload which will include but in not restricted to:

• Wills
• Probate
• Powers of attorney
• Court of Protection
• Advising on Inheritance Tax and Care Fees
• Trust matters (including personal injury trusts and protective trusts)

Applications for this role will be considered from qualified solicitors or equivalent with at least 5 years' PQE who have had experience dealing with a varied caseload of private client matters. Experience or ability of mentoring junior members of staff would be advantageous.
