The Role: Senior Residential Conveyancer
Location: Eastbourne
Salary: Up to £50,000

Due to their continued success they are looking to recruit a Senior Residential Property Solicitor to become an integral part of the dedicated property team on a full time permanent basis.
This opportunity will allow the successful Senior Residential Property Solicitor to run a full and varied caseload which will include but in not restricted to:
- Sales
- Purchases
- Freehold and leasehold matters
- Remortgage
- Transfer of equity
Applications for this Senior Residential Property Solicitor role will be considered from qualified solicitors or equivalent with at least 5 years' PQE who have had experience dealing with a varied caseload and will be proficient at using case management systems. Due to the nature of this Senior Residential Property Solicitor role experience mentoring junior staff will be desirable. The client base is excellent and has been developed over many years, with the vast majority of business coming from existing clients.
