Our client, a Legal 500 London firm is seeking a claimant product liability solicitor on a 12 months fixed term contract basis to cover a fee-earners' maternity leave. The role is due to start in November or December.
The Product Liability team is ranked highly in the Legal 500 and Chamber and Partners, and offers particular strength in matters relating to medical devices, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and consumer cases.
The work will mainly focus on clinical trials, metal on metal, defective products and consumer law claims against large companies. The role will also involve exploring emerging areas of legal redress under consumer law.
The successful individual will be a qualified lawyer with ideally 3+ PQE with relevant post-qualification experience in
product liability and / or personal injury (multitrack/ high value claims) and/or clinical negligence is essential.
