Our client, a leading international City firm is seeking a commercial property solicitor on an initial 6 month fixed term contract basis, starting as soon as possible. The firm is also open to individuals seeking an hourly or daily rate.
You will work closely with one of the firm's real estate partners, who has diversified their practice to incorporate energy focused real estate work. Over the past couple of years there has been an increase in real estate work being generated by the London office's energy team with a particular focus on solar power with a large real estate element.
The successful individual is likely to have worked in a top real estate practice, at a Top 200 or international firm, and will have experience of working in the real estate development sector. Exposure to working on renewable energy projects would be a distinct advantage, but is not essential.
