Childcare Lawyer

Our client, a Local Authority in Lincolnshire is seeking an experienced childcare lawyer to join their team on a locum basis for a minimum period of 2 months.

This oppportunity would suit a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or equivalent with experience of public childcare law gained within either the public or private sectors.

The succesful childcare lawyer will be required to start an assignment mid November, and they will be required to undertake a caseload of childcare matters, and conducting advocacy in the Magistrates Court and County Courts.

Candidates seeking full or part-time working hours will be considered.
