Our client is a leading international law firm who are seeking to appoint a trade lawyer to join their Brussels, Belgium office. The team are leaders in trade advising leading names on unfair competition practices on an international level, such as dumping and state subsidies. Our client is seeking a trade’s lawyer with 1-5 PQE. You must have experience in; Regulation and Trade Practice, regulatory hurdles, discriminatory measures, WTO advice to private/public entities, involvement in EU anti-dumping and anti-subsidy proceedings, Commission proceedings, safeguard proceedings, public tenders, services, investments, control of exports and protection of intellectual property. You will be acting for international companies wishing to file a complaint against the unfair practices of competitors in third countries, or defend companies that are the object of such proceedings brought by their competitors.
