Associate Property (Caribbean)

LAW Absolute has been briefed by a leading Off Shore law firm that are looking for a Property Associate for a role in the Caribbean.    

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 PQE of commercial and residential real estate experience including development, finance and leasing. They will also have good corporate commercial and business development skills. Property practice clients include blue chip companies and are routinely involved in significant sales, development and financing transactions. This role offers a competitive tax free salary with a great work life balance and lots of client contact.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a sophisticated caseload with minimal supervision, as well as being able to assist and contribute to other work across the team. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously are essential.
