An opportunity has arisen to join an investment firm based in the West End as a generalist compliance officer.
This position will suit someone who has circa 2-3 years' experience working in compliance or as a regulatory paralegal, who is looking to take on a wider function.
The key responsibilities include:
- Implementing the monitoring plan
- Carrying out on-boarding checks, interacting with new clients and maintaining logs
- Transaction reporting
- Preparing briefing notes and regulatory updates for senior management
This is a generalist function in a lean, flat structured business with the day-day aspects of the position broadening over time. There will therefore be constant additions to the list of duties above as the successful candidate becomes more comfortable with the business and client base.
