Our client is a leading South West and M4 corridor firm with a number of offices across the region. They have a full service practice but without doubt their Real Estate department is one of the core areas for the firm and the team are continuing to go from strength to strength, growing and winning more and more interesting work from a broad range of clients, whether local, regional or national.

Their success means they can now offer another role within the team and they are ideally looking at the NQ level or for candidates who have perhaps qualified in the last two to three years. You must have had some exposure to good quality Commercial Property work, even if this is just a strong training contract seat, but you will be given a huge amount of structure and support within the team so going forward you will have every opportunity to develop your skills and confidence really quickly and the opportunities for career progression are excellent.

This is a role to be based in their Swindon offices so you will ideally already live locally or may be looking to move to the area. There is a very strong salary and benefits package on offer.
