Fitness to Practise Lawyer

We are recruiting for a lawyer for a vacancy in health regulation, within fitness to practise. Experience in health regulation is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have excellent advocacy skills.

The vacancy is on a small highly skilled team, at a well-regarded health care regulator in central London.

The role will include advisory work but of utmost importance is that applicants are aware of the large advocacy element to this role. There is paralegal and administrative support.

The legal team advise the investigations team prior to referral as well as looking at the cases once they have been referred. They deal with interim order cases, preparing and presenting the interim order hearing. If you have Higher Rights or are a Barrister then you can do interim order extensions at the High Court.
