A regional Midlands law firm is looking to recruit a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing office.
Client Details
The law firm is a long-established Midlands law firm (based outside of Birmingham), who has recently gone through a period of growth and acquisition.
Description
This is an opportunity for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join a property team that is going through a period of growth and development. The firm has recently merged with another practice and are looking to consolidate their position in the local market in relation to real estate.
They have a loyal and busy client base and currently have two senior fee-earners driving the commercial property offering forward. This is an opportunity for somebody to come on board and help with this. The firm can offer you a very clear progression path - ultimately, the successful recruit will become the firm's point of contact for commercial property matters in the area, with continued support from the other fee-earners.
If you feel like you are stuck with a ceiling above you, then this is a genuine opportunity that can help you get to the next level. The firm will heavily back any marketing initiative and strategy that you would like to implement.
This opportunity is likely to attract an established commercial property solicitor from the local market or a property lawyer from the Birmingham market who wants to reclaim some work/life balance. This is a regional firm that respects its staff and has an excellent culture.
Profile
You will likely to be either:
- An experienced property lawyer who works in the local, regional market; or
- A property lawyer from the Birmingham market who wishes to make a switch away from the culture of a larger firm to a smaller practice where they can make their mark
Job Offer
Competitive depending on experience.
