I am recruiting for a firm in Leeds for something a little bit different and a fantastic opportunity for career development for a talented individual looking to progress their career, to join a growing Commercial Property Team for a Top 200 firm and you will be based in the Leeds office.

My client is recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor who will be working on a mixed caseload particular emphasis on supporting the firm's nationally top rated education practice, as well as general commercial property and property finance work. The scope of the work is very broad and ranges from academy conversions to leases (landlord and tenant), site acquisitions and disposals. This role will involve lots of business development with existing clients and candidates will have a caseload to get working on straightaway

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be 3+ yrs PQE and trained with a regional or national firm and must demonstrate a real desire to do Educational and Charity work. This is a great opportunity, please apply now to be considered!
