Based in Bristol my client is seeking a technically able and commercially aware case handler to join the Landlord and Tenant team in their Dispute Resolution Group, part of the Civil Litigation Division.

You will predominantly deal with commercial banking recoveries claims for a major banking client (including money judgment and possession claims) and a wide range of commercial and residential landlord & tenant disputes. You will be acting for individuals, businesses and financial institutions. The clients that you will be acting for are both privately paying and LEI funded. The role includes assisting the team leader of the Landlord and Tenant team and so involves supervisory responsibilities. The work is challenging but rewarding and the team places a high value on mutual support and co-operation.
