Litigation Professional Support Lawyer sought by this high profile firm. This is a new role to work alongside the current Litigation PSL and provide professional support services across a number of contentious areas. To suit a lawyer or PSL 6pqe+ with experience in commercial and fraud litigation.
THE ROLE
This role is to provide support across a number of contentious areas including general commercial litigation, fraud, defamation, property litigation and defamation. This is an interesting opportunity to undertake the normal range of PSL activities (such as standard forms, precedents, technical advice and training) and also innovate working style, process and best practice improvements.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
This role would suit a candidate with over 6 years' litigation experience gained with a firm highly regarded in this area. You should have specialist knowledge in fraud and general commercial litigation. An understanding in one of the following areas is also of interest: competition, defamation, tax and property litigation. Previous PSL experience is not essential.
