Growing, specialist team requires additional Residential Conveyancing Lawyers for their Cardiff office.
A niche firm providing specialist property services to clients in the South East and nationwide, our client was established towards the end of the last century and is going from strength to strength. Investing in technological advances combined with expert lawyers and support staff they have built an enviable reputation with a growing client base. Currently undergoing significant expansion, they now require additional Residential Conveyancing Lawyers for their South Glamorgan office.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join our clients’ growing team in Cardiff. Becoming part of a well-established and expanding practice, the successful Residential Property Lawyer will manage a full and varied caseload of property transactions. Depending on experience levels, the ideal Lawyer will handle such matters as: Transfers of Equity; sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties; New Builds; Shared Ownership; Auction sales; Right and Help to Buy schemes and; lease extensions. Senior lawyers will also supervise junior members of the team, undertaking regular file reviews as necessary.
A hands-on role suited to a confident Lawyer seeking to further develop their expertise in a thriving firm. In return, our client offers a competitive salary and benefits including bonuses, pension and holiday allowance which increases with service.
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Paralegal Fee Earner.
Applications are welcomed from Conveyancing Lawyers with all levels of experience from 12 months to senior level.
You must have excellent technical skills with expertise across all residential property transactions.
You will be IT literate with particular experience in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook being essential.
You will be a team player with a client-focused approach.
You will be motivated and able to manage a demanding caseload with minimal supervision.
