With most fee-earners being accredited by Resolution and a specialist collaborate lawyer as part of the team, the firm has gone from strength to strength. A vacancy has now arisen for an experienced senior family solicitor to join the firm and take on an interesting mix of matters with a particular focus on complex financial matters.
THE ROLE
The firm are seeking senior family solicitor that has solid working knowledge and skills within Family Finance and Ancillary Relief work as well as able to deal with a wide range of instructions in family and matrimonial work. This is a great opportunity for an experienced senior family solicitor who is looking to expand his or her role and would welcome the opportunity to move forward into an in-depth specialisation. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a senior family solicitor of 5 + years PQE;
Have solid experience in privately and publicly funded family and ancillary relief, and in particular be confident in dealing with complex financial settlements;
Possess excellent communication skills, with an empathetic approach and the ability to explain complex matters in clear, jargon-free language;
Be a real team player!
