Due to high practice demand an excellent opportunity has become available for a Property Disputes Solicitor to join this friendly firm. The office is centrally located in Brighton with close public transport links and shops nearby.
THE ROLE
Our client is seeking to recruit a dynamic Property Disputes Solicitor to join their established practice. The successful candidate will manage a full and varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions to include disputes between landlord and tenant, possession claims, land registration and planning disputes. You will also be dealing with all property related disputes in the First Tier Property Tribunal, County Courts and where appropriate the Higher Courts. Working with members of the property team in respect of leasehold enfranchisement issues are also required for this role. You must be able to hit the ground running within a specialist property team providing high quality services in an efficient and pro-active manner. Please quote Ref JDB23737 when applying.
THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a Solicitor with a minimum of 3 Years PQE in Property Dispute matters;
Have the ability to manage own caseload with a pro-active, “can do” attitude;
Possess very strong administration, organisational and communication skills;
Be personable, organised, driven, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
