Experiencing a sustained increase in instructions, they now require an additional Private Client Lawyer in the Welshpool area.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and talented Private Client Lawyer to join our clients’ well-regarded practice in the Welshpool area. Becoming part of a flourishing team, the successful Lawyer will manage a full and varied caseload to include: will drafting; estate administration; Powers of Attorney; trust creation and administration and; succession planning. In addition, the ideal Lawyer will participate in business development activities for the department and firm as a whole.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid experience in Private Client matters, gained within a reputable department.
You must have excellent technical skills with expertise encompassing all aspects of wills and probate work.
You will have excellent drafting and client care skills.
You will be able to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision, meeting tight deadlines.
You will be client-focused, driven and personable.
