This major US Investment Bank seeks a lawyer to take on managerial responsibility for a small team of three other lawyers covering Trade & Receivables Finance. Working closely with the business, you will take a key role advising on deal structures, reviewing and analysing security packages and drafting and negotiating a range of deal documentation.
Though primarily EMEA focused, this role forms part of a global grouping and, hence, you would be expected to be involved in transactions outside EMEA, particularly in Asia-Pacific, from time to time.
The successful candidate will be a UK qualified lawyer, ideally with 10+ years' PQE at least some of which gained in a recent trade finance and/or receivables financing environment. Managerial experience would be advantageous.
