Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor

International firm are offering an exciting opportunity for atransactional (non-contentious) construction lawyer, PQE 0- 1 years, to join their Glasgow or Edinburgh office in their Projects Group. Ideally you will come from a Legal 500 firm and have at least 6 months transactional construction and/or projects experience but the firm are open-minded on this but demonstrable enthusiasm to develop your career and specialise in this practice area is essential. The successful candidate will deal with drafting, negotiating and advising upon the full range of construction documentation (building and construction contracts, appointments and all related documentation such as warranty and security documentation)
