Legal Affairs Executive (m/f)

for their office in Arnhem, Netherlands or North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.

In this position you will report directly to the Group General Counsel and will advise the business on a broad variety of legal issues related to commercial law, corporate law and compliance matters. You will draft, review and negotiate complex cross-border contracts as well as advise on major corporate projects such as M&A, joint ventures or financing projects. You are a German or Dutch qualified lawyer with outstanding academics, a strong commercial background and at least 5 years' post-qualification experience gained in the legal department of an internationally operating company. You have extensive experience in commercial law, corporate law and compliance-related matters, some exposure to matters relating to a business operating within a complex supply chain environment would be advantageous. International travel will be required fo this position. Excellent remuneration!
