Residential Conveyancing Locum – West Midlands – £20-£35ph DOE –2-3 weeks– Urgent start

An excellent short term opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Locum to assist a well established Conveyancing team in the West Midlands.

Role description

The position will entail assisting with a senior Fee Earner's busy caseload and handling Conveyancing files from inception to completion. The locum support is needed for an initial period of 2-3 weeks with a chance for further extension. This is an urgent role to start immediately or at very short notice.
An hourly rate of up to £35 per hour (dependent on experience) is offered.

Candidate specification

The successful candidate will either be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive or will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a fee earning Paralegal. The candidate must be capable of effectively managing a full caseload of Residential Property matters and progressing property transactions at various stages.
