Financial Services/ Banking Litigation PSL, PT/FT
Our client, a leading international firm, is looking to hire a professional to join their London-based Financial Services practice, with some time being spent on corporate crime and banking litigation.
The role will involve monitoring information sources for developments in the financial services and banking sectors and updating precedents and know how, as well as producing journal articles and internal updates on any relevant issues. You will respond to client queries and provide advice to fee-earners, international offices and clients. In addition to this, you will assist the Corporate Crime and Investigations team in business development initiatives and researching and updating developments for publications to the firm's clients.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in a leading disputes or regulatory enforcement practice, as well as an excellent academic profile. Previous PSL experience is desirable, it is not essential.
