Conveyancing Assistant

Our clients are an innovative and proactive conveyancing company and they are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join them in Exeter.

You will provide full support to your fee earner, in the management of their caseload.  Duties will include but not be limited to;
taking instructions from clients
carrying out electronic checks, OS2, bankruptcy and pre-contract searches
receiving and checking mortgage instructions from lenders and
any additional administration work within the department.

You will be joining the firm at a critical stage in the development of the firm’s position in the South West and progression opportunities may exist.

They are seeking a team player who is highly organised, task oriented and able to work under pressure.

Reward package is subject to qualification and experience
