Senior Transaction Manager, 4+ years PQE

This global bank is looking for a Senior Transaction Manager to manage the its issuances of bonds and support the Corporate Trust team. This will involve reviewing complex DCM documentation and acting as key liaison with outside counsel and taking lead in negotiations. Working hours are very regular.

You will have either trained and qualified at a Top City Firm or have gained solid experience in legal practice and/or Corporate Trust and/or banking environment involving document negotiation. Experience in DCM/Securitisation/Structured Finance required.
