An experienced First Response Advisor / MOJ Stage One Portal Legal Assistant is required to join a Liverpool City Centre based law firm within the Personal Injury department assisting a team of MOJ Portal fee earners being first point of contact for new claims. Previous MOJ Portal Stage One experience would be beneficial but my client will consider candidates from a Personal Injury Legal Assistant background or LLB / LPC graduates with a keen interest in Personal Injury law.
The successful candidate will be working within a busy team and must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and excellent attention to detail. The firm offer excellent long term progression and a great benefits package. This role is on a rota basis between 8.00am – 4.00pm, 9.00pm – 5.00pm & 12.00pm – 8.00pm and one Saturday every 6 weeks.
Duties include taking initial instructions and adding claims onto the system, arranging medical appointments and chasing medical records, dealing with vehicle recovery, liaising with third party insurers and solicitors and dealing with general administration support.
