Our international client for who we have carried out international campaigns, is seeking to boost its very successful Banking and Finance Group with a mid level finance lawyer to join the Banking Team.

The team advises on a range of different banking transactions and products including LBOs, restructurings, leveraged and acquisition finance.

Candidates will need leveraged finance experience although work on different types of banking & finance transactions including real estate finance, syndicated lending, general loans etc. will be offered.

This is a highly collegiate close knit team with strong players able to offer all associates training and excellent experience in this finance space. Partnership prospects are superior to those available at the magic circle firms.
