Central London - £34,000 pa
Position - Travel Litigation Legal Executive
Civil Litigation/Travel Litigation/Claimant/Personal Injury/Paralegal/Legal Executive/Cross Border/
A new opportunity has opened for a fee earner to join the Travel Litigation team of a Central London legal practice. The firm have a full claimant side personal injury offering with their travel litigation team being a particularly busy department. With the resignation of a long serving team member, they are now looking to get a fee earner in to pick up a busy caseload of travel litigation files. The role covers broad cross border range of personal injury files. With this in mind the firm need an experienced fee earner, that can hit the ground running with a large caseload of files and who has a good understanding of the travel related personal injury. In turn this is a great opportunity for a fee earner with some experience in travel litigation to forge a long term career within a stable team that enjoys bountiful support from their marketing team and steady supplies of work coming into the firm.
Required Skills and Responsibilities;
- Able to run a caseload of travel litigation files.
- Understanding of cross border personal injury.
- Ideally, from a qualified fee earner background.
